I was told by everyone that with today's lending market it would be virtually impossible to close escrow within 30 days. I contacted Marie Currie at High Tech Lending.  Right away she explained what we needed to do in order to complete my loan in thirty days. She stayed in touch with me, pushed the Escrow Company and the real estate agents to do their job. To make a long story short, 'I'm living in my new home' as I write this letter.  Thank you very much Marie, you accomplished what my friends said was impossible.
